Christian J. Younger received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and his B.A. from University of California at Santa Barbara. Since 2002, Christian has represented debtors in consumer and small business bankruptcies. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Central, and Northern Districts of California. Christian is a member of the Sacramento Bar Association, Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum, and NACBA. From 2008 to 2010, Christian served as vice-president for the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum. Prior to merging with Ann Marie Friend, Christian was a partner in Younger & Hennecke for seven years. He has successfully helped over 4,000 individuals, families, and businesses through the bankruptcy process. Outside of practicing law, Christian enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Previously, James worked for the California Environmental Protection Agency and for a large law firm specializing in Corporate and Securities Law, Civil Litigation, Tax law and Real Estate/Land Use Law. When not working, James enjoys recording music at home and spending time with family and friends.
Ann Marie Friend received her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA and her B.S. from Stanislaus State in Turlock, CA.
